SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States: 3-10 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
International: 15-30 business days

Delivery times may vary by product. Most skincare products ship from our US warehouse for faster delivery.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update, as carriers may take time to scan and process shipments.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@revyraskin.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@revyraskin.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
